Outlook 2003 & LDAP

I recently "upgraded" from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003
and am now having difficulty with "name resolution" when
sending messages. My company uses an internet directory
server (LDAP) for our company Email accounts. I can not
get the name to resolve in the ldap unless I do a FIND of
the name. As you can imagine, this is not productive.

In Outlook 2000, I was able to type the name in the TO
field and it would resolve automatically. The name WAS
resolving to my LDAP directory service.

Any suggestions why the automatic checking of names
against my ldap is not working properly in Outlook 2003?

Is it listed as an address book in Tools, Address book, then the Address
book's tool's option menu? If not, add it.

If yes...
Did you keep the same profile or create a new one when you upgraded? Did you
try removing the ldap service and adding it back?

Yes, it is listed as an address book in Tools, Address
book, Tools/options menu.

Yes, I did delete it and recreate it. But it is still
not working properly.
