Outlook 2003 - links are broken in email messages

I did once have the fix for this which involved reg modification but have
lost it.
And as you can't search the knowlege base like you used to anymore I need
help to find the solution ...

What happens is this:

1) I send a long link in an email such as this:
http://www.domain.com.au/Property/For-Sale/House/NSW/Wentworth-Falls/?adid=2008209497

In sent items the link is whole and when clicked on opens correctly.

2) Another Outlook 2003 user opens the email, and the link is broken by a
line break, like this:

1]http://www.domain.com.au/Property/For-Sale/House/NSW/Wentworth-Falls/?adid=2
[line 2]008209497

On both PCs email is composed in HTML and and Word is NOT used as the
editor/reader.

It sounds like the second users is getting the message converted to plain
text.
