Outlook 2003 listing Private Items in Table View

T

Tommy

I have a user that posed the following question to me that I can not
seem to find an answer to. Apparently, his manager wants him to
create some custom reports regarding their teams' calendars in
Exchange. The particular person has Reviewer access to all employees'
calendars in his department, and he is trying to export all of their
time in to Excel for his reports. I have already shown him how to set
up a custom view to grab what he needs, but his question is this:

- How can he export the time being used by employees marked as
Private in table view?

If you look at the users' calendars in the "Day/Week/Month" view, the
private appointments are displayed at least in the time they are
occurring. I just can't seem to get the same results in the table
view. If anyone can let me know if one it is even possible, and two
how to do it, I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks,
Tommy M.
