Outlook 2003 load time.

Hello to all. I have Outlook 2003 from the Small Business Edition of
Office. When I first open the program, it seems like it takes forever to
load. I recall some issues with some older versions of Outlook and a fix.
Is there anything anyone knows about this? Or am I just imagining it?!
