Outlook 2003 Locks up when attaching files

I'm using Outlook 2003 sp2 client. We are also running an AD 2003 domain,
with Exchange 2003. I have some users complaining that Outlook locks up when
they try to attach documents or save attachments. It doesn't matter if they
are trying to save to the local machine or to a network folder.

Any info would be helpful.
