I'm having trouble fixing a lockup problem on a system we have on our domain
with exchange server. When opening outlook it displayes the received emails
but it locks. Cant access any of the menu options, at the bottom right of
the screen is says "connecting...". If I try to click on anything I get a
"not responding" message from the top bar. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling the program so I could rejoing him to the mail domain but the
users profile must be saved in the registry as it automatically launches just
as if I'd never uninstalled it. I tried using some 3rd party registry
cleaners and reinstalled again but its no good. I'm about ready to just
reformat the hdd. Oh I can log on with my domain account and access my email
just fine so its not a connectivity issue it would seem. Any ideas? Is it
possible to keep his profile from automatticly loading on a reinstall?
