Outlook 2003 looping in Outlook 2007

I have Outlook 2007 installed (bought and paid for). Yesterday Outlook 2003
started trying to install. I cancel it and it continues to loop. I can't get
into my mail. Finally I give up and exit out of Outlook 2007.

You can only have 1 instance of Outlook installed. Uninstall your Outlook 2003 version or vica versa.
