I have a number of clients that were recently moved to Windows XP SP1 with
Office 2003. These users are having problems where several times a day
Outlook simply seems to lose it's connection to the Exchange 5.5 server and
goes into Offline mode. The server is still available and I can ping it by
both FQDN and Netbios names. Simply closing Outlook and re-opening it clears
up the issue.
There are other users connected to the same server running Outlook 200
without issue. Additionally none of these users had problems prior to
installing
