Outlook 2003. Lost "Getting Started"

I used to have each time I started Outlook 2003 the "Getting Started" pane
on the right of my screen, but now for some reason it no longers appears. I
know that I have clicked on something to close it, but how do I get it back
?

Outlook 2003 does not offer a Getting Started pane.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. do offer a Getting Started pane which
is controlled through Tools | Options | Startup Task Pane.
