Hi all,
I've enabled the mail desktop alert, sound alert and tray envelope
option in Outlook 2003 whenever a new mail arrives. However, I've
noticed that whenever a new mail arrives in my inbox, none of the alert
works. This applies to even when I first launch Outlook 2003 and the
program automatically try to receive mails from the email servers.
I'm not connected to MS Exchange. All my email accounts are configured
to receive via POP3 protocol. Any ideas?
PS: I've checked that the notify sound for new mail arrivals have been
enabled in Control Panel.
