Outlook 2003 Mail to link error

[HELP HELP HELP]

Has anyone seen an error in Outlook 2003 in which when you click on a mail to link on any website...... Outlook will respond with an error saying that it Could not create item. I have searched the Knowledge Base and that thing is worthless. Deleting the frmcache.dat file did nothing for me. I dont really want to have to reload my laptop because of this issue, but this is really getting on my nerves. Help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Outlook open when you click on the link? Does running Detect and Repair
fix the problem? A new mail profile perhaps?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
