Outlook 2003 Mailto: Can't create the item

I am getting the above referenced message clicking any embedded hyperlink
mailto. Any help? I have tried detect and Repair.

That solved it, thanks!

I searched the KB, I entered "Can't create the item" and "Outlook 2003" and
the article didn't show (hence, why I posted here)
After following your link, I tried same search, removed "2003", and got your
article 2nd from top.

Next time I will know to leave off the version year.

Thanks again!!
