Periodically we need to set aside a time for a meeting or event that is
mandatory, that is, invited recipients are required to attend.
Creating a meeting request and setting No Responses Required, and Attendees
as Required still provides an option to Accept/Decline or Mark as Tentative
in the email invitation.
What we want is for the recipient to receive the email invitation, but
either to have accept as the only option, or to have the meeting invitation
automatically accepted.
The person arranging the meeting doesn't need to track attendee responses,
as all attendees are required.
The concept of putting a manual entry into all required attendees calendars
is not particularly palatable, unless there is a method for doing this
programmatically.
