I have Exchange 2000 with approx 40 users. When one particular user sends
meeting requests and people accept the meeting, the notifications are sent
back to the meeting organiser but also to a distribution group for no
apparent reason. When this user sends an email requesting a read receipt this
doesn't happen. I deleted the distribution group and recreated it, and it
obvioulsy received a new SID. Now when a meeting request is sent by this one
user, the users accepting it get a non-delivery report from the distribution
group because the original SID doesn't exist.
Does anyone have any ideas how this could be happening?
Thanks in advance.
