Outlook 2003 meeting requests issue

Hello,
We have two computers with Office 2003. Every time our
Outlook 2003 users are trying to send a meeting request,
no one receives them. Others can send meeting requests
using Office XP to these computes and these computers
receive them.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution for
this?
