When creating a meeting request with Time=Free, Outlook should set Time=Free
on recipient's calendar initially, but instead sets Time=Tentative. This is a
problem as my company uses these for Out of the Office notifications, and so
recipients' calendars show tentative time instead of free time, which
interferes with real meeting requests that others on Exchange are trying to
schedule. Is there a fix for this, or has it been fixed in Outlook 2007?
