Just started getting this pop-up message on one client on the network
(SBS2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 SP2; client is WinXPPro SP2 with MS Office SP2).
The user is our administrator and, in addition to her own mailbox, she
opens several other users' mailboxes (Owner permissions).
She can right-click emails in her own mailbox and print OK. If she does
the same with emails in any of the other mailboxes, Outlook pops up an
error:
"Message headers cannot be printed. Download the complete message and
then print".
Double-clicking to open the message then allows printing.
This symptom first appeared on Monday morning. No changes have been
applied to the client or the server but the user was sent messages from
the Administrator saying "Your mailbox is over its size limit" at
midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Yesterday I removed the Use
Default Limit tick in Exchange for the user and the email was not sent
last night.
I've searched in Microsoft and the newsgroups and only found one or two
hits in the newsgroups (reset Define Print Styles (made no difference)
and Send/Receive Groups, download entire message (can't find it -
suspect it may only apply if Outlook is getting email direct, rather
than through Exchange)).
Would very much appreciate any feedback or pointers on this.
