At an office with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 a couple of users
report not receiving mail from a couple of external senders (different
senders).
Checking the logs in Exchange shows a test message from one of the
senders being received and going through the local delivery process,
but the message never shows up in the user's Inbox.
I have checked for rules (none), funky views (none), routing to Junk
(not), routing to Quarantine (not), and routing to Deleted (not). The
e-mail message is nowhere to be found. A global search within Outlook
does not yield the message either.
Any ideas on where this message has landed?
