About once a month, my messages get stuck in the Outbox. To fix the problem
(temporarily), I have to reset my Email settings by going to Tools > email
accts>Select "View or change existing accts". I then have to re-enter all my
settings.
All the settings appear to be correct before I change them, but I have to
re-enter them anyway. The problem seems to be in the Outgoing mail server
(SMTP). Does anyone know why this happens?
