I miss the shortcut bar from Outlook 2000. In the shortcut bar I had a
shortcut icon going deep into the public folders..with one click it opened up
the all my public folders. Now you have open public folders several times a
day, moving down the tree and it takes too much time. We work in public
folders often.
Also, in Outlook 2003, you cannot view your favorites folder and the folder
list at the same time...such a pain. It would be great to have the inbox icon
at the top at all times.
Another thing is if you add a shortcut to the public folder..it only opens
up that one folder and not the entire public folder directory.
Our agency just upgrade to Outlook 2003 and so many functions that were so
userful in Outlook 2000 have been taken away.
