Outlook 2003: Missing Headers/Subject/Date Received

I've been unable to use Outlook 2003 for E-Mail since 3/2007. Any message
received has no header/subject/date information and in the preview panel the
message will look like the example below. I've reinstalled it, run the
repair tool successfully but nothing seems to work so I go back to Outlook
Express which works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you go to the View menu and select Message Header, does this solve your problem?
