Outlook 2003: Move Follow-up Flag Column

is there a way to get the follow-up flag column (the one
with the icons that allows you to set the flag in a list
view) to the left rather than the right? i've used the
view editor to sort the column to the top but it doesn't
do anything to that column.

also, is there a way to get the row highlighted in the
color of the flag?

the quick flag column is always on the right - you can remove quick flags
and have the normal flag column back on the left. right click on the column
names and choose custom... then other settings to remove it.

the best you can do on coloring rows is coloring text using automatic
formatting based on flag color. it's one of the buttons in the custom
dialog.
