My users have successfully been using Common Access Cards for many years with
Outlook 2003. However, I get an error message once in a while in Outlook
2003 stating that certificates are invalid or missing when a user tries to
send an encrypted email to a specific user. This user has exchanged their
public key through signed email messages with internal and external users,
and it works fine with all of the recipients except one. I have deleted and
re-added the contact to the personal contacts list, verified the certificates
are valid, and it still gives me the same error. I am open to any
suggestions that anyone might have on how I can resolve this issue.
Thank you,
Jeff
