Outlook 2003/MSN Messenger 7.0 - sharing contacts

Hi, I've looked on the Internet for this but to no avail. Is it possible to
import/export contacts between Outlook 03, MSN Messenger 7 and MSN Hotmail?
I would like to be able to manage all of my contacts in Outlook and then
regularly update Messenger and Hotmail. Similarly, if I add a new contact on
Messenger, I would to be able to update this to Outlook without manually
typing it.

If this is possible (and I'm sure it is somehow), all advice is much
appreciated!
