Outlook 2003 My Junk e-mail was working now 50% go to inbox.

My Outlook 2003 E-mail suddenly stopped moving to Junk e-mail to inbox
instead of Junk. The majority of items are already listed on the Block list.
I have reset my security for Junk to High from Low and it does not seem to
help either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
