Outlook 2003 Name checking

Does any anyone know how to configure Outlook 2003 to
perform name checking on "To:/Cc:" names typed in
the "FirstName LastName" format? It only works when I
type the names in "Lastname, Firstname" format. This is
not a problem with Outlook 2002. All the related
settings between the two appear to be the same.
