Outlook 2003 Navigation Pane

Prior to this evening I had Contacts, Calendar etc listed in the folders in
the Navigation Pane, I was happy with this. Whilst using Outlook this
evening the display suddenly changes. Now I have the Favourites list (a
complete and utter waste of time in my view) and the Contacts and Calendar
are now absent from the Navigation Pane view. Obviously they are selectable
from the bottom of the Navigation Pane.

How do I restore the way Outlook 2003 displayed these folders previously?
Anyone know how to get rid of the 'Favourite Folders' display?

Regards and thanks in advance.

Click the "Folder List" button at the bottom of the Navigation Pane.
