Outlook 2003 need POP3 and SMTP for Yahoo or Gmail

I can't get the correct information fo Outlook 2003 on Yahoo or Gmail What do
I need?

continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

Gmail requires special settings that are listed on the Gmail web site here:
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=77661
Yahoo POP mail also has special settings. Search their site. You cannot get
Yahoo web mail with Outlook.

You cannot POP from Yahoo with the free accounts. For a really small fee -
something liek $10/year, you can get your account upgraded(same account
info), and then the outlook will work just fine.
