Outlook 2003 - new created folders are not being displayed properl

I right click the In Box and select 'New Folder'. I add the name of the
folder and what the folder contains from the drop down. I can see the new
folder displayed within the Inbox. I then click ok.
I know look for this folder in the full display in Outlook and the folder is
not visible?? I go back and select 'new foldeer' from the drop down - look in
the Inbox and it is still displayed as it should be?
What is happening? This is a new machine that has imported my old outlook
stuff from a my old machine - is this something to do with it?

What do you mean by "full display"? And what type of folder did you create?
