Outlook 2003 New Message Arrival Notification Problem

Hello, Each time I get a new email message the foreground
application that I am working with automatically scrolls
all the way down to the end of the page. This happens
regardless of what application I am currently working in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't seen this behavior and have been working with O2003 since early
this year. (That's not to say it isn't occuring.)

1.) Do you have the New Mail Desktop Alert enabled? What happens if you
disable that?
(Tools -> Options > Preferences -> Email Options -> Advanced E-Mail
Options ->Display A New Desktop Alert?)

2.) Do you have TweakUI for Windows Xp installed? (Downloadable from the MS
WinXp site) If so, have you changed the setting under General -> Focus? If
not you might try that and check "do not allow an application to steal the
focus".
