Outlook 2003 no longer capitalizes first letter

I am using Rich Text and use outlook to edit... is checked. The check
for Capitalize first letter in Auto Correct is checked.

please help.

I'll make a wild guess that Office 2003 Service Pack 3 was recently
installed. This is a known issue and there a couple of things you can do...

1) Turn on Word 2003 as your e-mail editor or

2) Acquire/install the update mentioned in:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;951678&sd=RMVP


Note: you can request this update thru Microsoft web interface. The link is
right at the top of the page (look for Hotfix Download Available. Link is
the "View and request hotfix downloads")

Sorry, no new service packs. any other ideas?
