Outlook 2003 not accepting all passwords.

Hello All!

Outlook 2003 SP3
Windows XP Pro SP2

I have several email accounts for my domain. Unfortunately, Outlook will
only accept the passwords for a couple of my email accounts and outright
refuses all others. All the pop and smtp settings are correct through all
accounts and the passwords are fine as they work through webmail.

It was working fine for years and then last week just stopped accepting on
'some' accounts whilst leaving the others as normal.

Any ideas why Outlook is doing this and any solutions, please?

What type of mail accounts?
Are these all connecting to the same server?
How many is "several"?
What is your automatic send/receive interval set to?
What did you change last week?

Hi Roady,

"What type of mail accounts?"
They are all POP/SMTP accounts.

"Are these all connecting to the same server?"
Yes.

"How many is "several"?"
7 our of 9 email accounts (all on the same domain and server -
mail.mydomain.co.uk) are not working.
I also have 1 from 2 email accounts not working on a different domain, on a
different computer!
I also have one account on yet another PC that hasn't worked for months!
All in-house PCs are on the same Network but we are not using Exchange (all
email accounts are local to their respective machines).

"What did you change last week?"
Absolutely nothing. And definately nothing the same on both machines.

I have tested all accounts on webmail and they all work fine, so this must
be an internal thing to Outlook, I believe.

Thanks!
Mj
