Outlook 2003-not asking for a pass when changin profiles

How can I put a password/profile in Outlook 2003?Previous versions of Outlook
were asking for a password when you change your profile. What do I have to do
to have the same option for Outlook 2003?

Password protect your pst-file;
Right click on the root of the folderset-> Properties-> Advanced-> Change
Password
