When I apply a particular category to several email messages within one
mailbox folder then change the mailbox view to group by Category, the mailbox
folder appears to treat that one category as if it is several different
categories instead of the same category. Here is an example. I have 5
messages in one mailbox folder and apply the category "Outcome Letter" to all
five messages. When I choose "View" then "Arrange By" then "Categories", it
will not group the 5 messages under one Category heading but in 5 Category
headings all labeled Outcome Letter. I was always able to group and sort
emails this way but within the past month I have been unable to get it to
work.
