Outlook 2003 not receiving emails after working for years.

All of a sudden cannot receive emails.

It says it's "Receiving message 2 of 4 (15KB of 88KB)" but just will not
receive.

Previously this morning it was receiving the same messages multiple times -
no nothing.

Have restarted computer.

What type of e-mail account are you working with?

If mail delivery is to a PST file, how big is the PST file and/or how many
items in the Inbox?

If mail delivery is to a PST file, is it a carry over from previous versions
of Microsoft Outlook?
