I have upgraded a coworker to Outlook 2003 and she is not receiving 40% of
her emails and the senders aren't always getting a SPAM alert. These people
are in her contacts, on her safe senders list and on Symantec's whitelist. It
is hit or miss. People she has gotten email from for years cannot get
through. We get plenty of SPAM because we have all the filters turned off.
Junk mail settings are off. Sometimes email comes in and disappears
immediately, not in Junk mail folder or deleted folder. Any ideas, it is all
work related email that is not getting through.
