Outlook 2003 not responding

I just installed office 2003 pro on a windows xp pro
machine. Everything works fine except Outlook. It will
open and work fine once. After I exit, it will not re-
open. The icon in the task bar says "Outlook not
responding" I reboot and the Outlook.exe will not respond
and I have to end task now to reboot. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled office but it's still broken. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks...K. J.

I have the same problem. Outlook icon appears in systray
on right side of taskbar. Does not disappear when
Outlook closed. CTRL-ALT-DEL into task manager shows two
or more of OUTLOOK.EXE by closing the processes I am
able to start outlook again, but problem reoccurs
immediately.

Any ideas?
