Outlook 2003 not sending emails now

I'm using pop3, Outlook 2003, Windows XP Professional. Until yesterday, my
emails were not giving me much problems. Now, nothing goes out. I'm using
Wi-Fi, but another of my computers on same setup sends fine. I receive ok,
but can't send. Shows sent in the sent folder, but doesn't go out...I bcc
myself and check my email account on the other computer. Worked fine until I
deleted a 9 mb file from Outbox that I tried to send, but kept sitting there.
Now nothing goes out. Tried leaving a message in the Outbox, still doesn't
work. Under email account (Tools), testing the email works. Any help out
there?
