Outlook 2003 not show some of the attachments, in my case .doc

I do have really weirdos here. When in WEB based client attachment is there.
Also if I forward that email to somebody else the attachment is there. But I
can't see nothing if I receive that email directly from that user. We have
Exchange 2007 and using Outlook 2003 SP2, fully patched. This is happening
only on one computer now thanks God.
I know Microsoft released patch fixing oposite issue that atachment is not
showed under WEB engine. But this patch is only for Exchange 2003.

Anyone has some idea what can go wrong here.

I have tried to repair and uninstall Outlook on that computer but is still
the same.
