I just migrated my users to OL2003 and Exchange 2003 last week, and I
have a user with about 2k emails in his inbox stating that not all of
his emails are showing the reply/forward icons. Some are, however.
BUT, if you go into the email you do get the banner at the top
mentioning it had been replied to or forwarded.
We are using Outlook in cached mode. So I thought to delete the .ost
file and re-sync his emails.. this however did not cure the problem.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I searched and found others with the
problem but did not find an answer.
