I have multiple systems running Outlook 2003 SP2 and SP3. When using the
File -> Send -> Page by Email in IE7 (all systems running same version of IE)
on the Outlook 2003 with Office SP2 the new message is opened and the webpage
is inserted below the text area of the email. That is the way it should be.
The problem is with Outlook with Office SP3 the new message is opened and the
webpage is inserted at the very top of the page and text area is located
below the webpage. If you attempt to just type above the webpage it destroys
the webpage. Is there a known fix for this or anyway to configure or change
a template to fix this in Outlook 2003 with Office SP3? (Reloading Office
2003 with just SP2 and not upgrading to SP3 is not an option in this
situation)
