Outlook 2003 offline folder Synchronization.

Hi,


I have a Microsoft Exchange Server at a remote location and install
Outlook 2003 clients at a different location. I run Windows 2000
Professional and Windows XP clients. Some of the clients are
synchronizing the Exchange Server mailbox with the offline file .ost in

Outlook and some are not. I have tried to update windows, install
service pack 2 for XP and install updates for Outlook 2003 but the
problem still exist. I just cannot synchronize the folders or the
inbox. Outlook connects to the Exchange Server, try to retrieve data
from the server, take forever but nothing happens. Do you know how to
slove this problem. Thanks. Hope to hear from you.
