Outlook 2003 Offline Mode

I configured my Outlook with the Online/Offline Mode, but
it doesn't run fine. If disconnect the Network connection
when Outlook is opened, Outlook switches to the Offline
Mode. If I connect the Network connection again, Outlook
doesn't switch to the Online Mode again. If I press The
Button 'Send/Receive' manually, Outlook Send and Receives
the Message from our Exchange Server, but switches after
this to the Offline Mode again.

Please help me...
