Outlook 2003 on two XP computers

Pabco

I'm new to Outlook 2003 and would like to keep an exact copy of my work
files on my backup laptop at home. Both have the same version (2003)
installed and are running XP Pro. Is there an easy way to copy all
email/calendar/contact/task, etc. data from one computer to another to keep
as a working backup? Thank you in advance.
