Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000 Adv. Server with RPC/HTTP

Hey all,

Is there any way to get Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000 Adv.
Server to connect to an Exchang Server 2003 with RPC/HTTP?
When applying the 331320 hotfix, it will not install on
W2K and is not listed for WS2K3.

Alternatively, will Outlook 2003 on Windows Server 2003 do
this?
