Outlook 2003 Operation Failed. An object couldn't be found.

Whenever I hit the send/receive button I get the following message: The
ooperation failed. An object could not be found. I have repaired Outlook
and uninstalled and reinstalled it three times to no avail. How can I fix
this problem?
