Hi Gang
In setting up the attendees for a meeting, is there a way to be told
when the first available timeslot is for all members you are trying to
add to a meeting? I know I can use the Scheduling Assitant but that
still takes a lot of time scanning everyone's available time. Our
schedules are crazy and would be really nice if Outlook could tell me
(for example) when the next hour is available given a list of 2-20
people.
Any ideas???
