Outlook 2003 ost. file is not offline

In the original config. I did somethin wrong and got this error message:
Unable to open your email folders. The file c:\Documents and
Settings\dada\local Settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost
is not an offline folder file.

How can I fix this problem?

Does anyone have a fix for this? I just got a new laptop with 2007 on it and
I am having the same problem. Very frustrating.
