Outlook 2003 Out of Office Assitant

Hi

I'm trying to set up an out of office assitant rule that when a user
recieves an email from an external email address it is forwaarded to another
memebr of staff.

We use a similar rule for internal emails and this works as it should, but
when trying the same rule but replacing the from: field which contains an
internal account(s) to an external account the rule does not work. Help! Does
anyone know if this is possible, do I have to activate anything on the
exchanger server, or if this is not possible?

Thank

Regards

Tried recreating the rule already? Also make sure the from address is a
contact in your default Contacts folder. When creating your rule slect the
address from there.
