Outlook 2003 - Out Of Office Problem

Hello!

We have OL2003 + SP1 + Cached Mode. The User cannot set the OOO.

Error - Message:
The Out of Office assistant cannot be displayed.
The client operation failed.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/248709 doesn't solve the problem.

OOO can be set over OWA.

Didn't try to turn off the cached mode till now.

Any ideas?
